To prepare: cocoa "Nua" cake

Cake preparation -

Step 1:

To create the "Nua" cake, commence by preparing the custard using our basic recipe. Once it's ready, transfer it to a bowl and allow it to cool down, covered with cling film. Meanwhile, in the bowl of a stand mixer, work the softened butter with the sugar until you obtain a cream. Add the eggs, one by one, being careful to incorporate them well with the whisk before adding the next one.

Step 2:

When the eggs are well combined, add the sifted flour, baking powder and cocoa. Once the powders have been incorporated, add the milk, pouring it in a thin stream, and complete the dough processing.

Step 3:

Pour the mixture into a 24-centimeter diameter springform pan, previously buttered and floured, leveling it with a spatula. Adorn the cake surface with 5 to 7 generous spoonfuls of custard, arranging them randomly.

Step 4:

Bake the cocoa "Nua" cake in a preheated oven at 160°C for about 40 minutes. Take it out of the oven and allow it to cool completely before unmolding and serving.
